I cannot believe the way nCAC calculation and optimization is done .. I’m nothing but shocked.

Anyways, LinkedIn is the space most people show off and many pick inspirations. If something is told on LinkedIn, then that is the gospel truth.

Problem 1 - How to get more new customers?

Nobody must have told this but, if you want the campaign to bring more new customers and want Meta to discover; the first and foremost thing to be done is - Add Exclusions of the entire audience.

Meta sometimes takes credit for everyone who is thinking of your brand and claims Meta is responsible for that person to think. Lol.

But, you may ask, I’m training the campaign by sending new customer data so Meta can get trained and bring more of them.

There will be some differences in how they landed on the website, their behavior, their social media engagement etc. But does this just help? No, exclusion matters.

Problem 2 - How do I know if the campaign is bringing new customers?

I love to add these anecdotes everytime .. Haha

Use CustomerLabs to create those Customer events and add to the reporting to measure them. Here is a sample.

Problem 3 - How to calculate the nCAC?

You fix the advertising settings on Meta and nCAC will be easier to calculate.
