Someone slid into our chat and accidentally started a whole series

How CustomerLabs Can Help me, Edition 1.

Helloooo,

So the other day, someone dropped a beautifully blunt question in our chat:

"I just want to understand how exactly your platform works and can help me generate better results through performance marketing in laymen language.. no marketing jargon."

We loved it. So here's our promise: a series, one idea per email, zero jargon, zero showing off.

Today's one thing: Tracking

In a line: If you want to set up CAPI aka Conversion API, server-side tracking for Shopify, Woocommerce, Bigcommerce, anywhere… we can track that exactly.

Here's the situation.

You run ads. Someone clicks. They fill a form. Meta and Google "see" that a lead came in, using a bit of code in the person's browser.

But browsers today block a big chunk of that. Ad blockers, privacy settings, all of it. Ad blockers, ITP, and browser restrictions eat your conversions.

So the platforms see a partial picture of who actually clicked and converted. And then they go spend your budget chasing more people based on that partial picture. Not ideal.

What CustomerLabs does about it (the one thing for today):

Instead of leaving the watching to the browser, we also do it from a server. A server doesn't get blocked the way a browser does.

Server-side tracking means ad blockers, ITP, and browser restrictions don't eat your conversions, and Conversions API sends cleaner, richer signals directly to the ad platforms.

And we don't stop at the website. If a customer called your sales team, walked into your store, or converted through a CRM deal, that data comes in too. (More on that one in a later edition - staying disciplined, one thing at a time. 😄)

Why you should care:

This isn't us bragging. It's Meta and Google themselves. Meta says businesses that set up the Conversions API alongside the pixel see a 13% improvement in cost per result on average. Google says advertisers using enhanced conversions see an average of 5% more conversions measured.

Better data in, better performance out. We just make sure the better data actually gets sent.

That's it. That's today's one thing. Your store finally sends the full story instead of the half-blocked version. We do more on the track part, called 1P Domain tracking.

Next edition, coming up.
