Six days left on early bird - 1PD Ops Summit, London
£99 closes 30 September. 13 October, 100 seats, one room.
Hey ecommerce marketers,
Quick one. Early bird for our first UK summit closes on 30 September, six days from now. Passes are £99 until then.
If you've been meaning to book, this is the week.
1PD Ops Performance Marketing Summit - London Edition
Tuesday 13 October 2026, from 9:00 AM
8 Fenchurch Place, London
In person only
You've seen the line-up already - Luke Carthy, Sam Follett, Daniel Smulevich, Dan Mason and Vishnu Vankayala, six sessions across one track. So rather than repeat it, here's the thing I'd want to know if I were deciding whether to give up a Tuesday.
What you'll be able to do on the Wednesday
Work out what your campaigns are actually costing you in margin, not just what they returned. Bid on profit rather than revenue, because 4x on a 20% margin loses money while 2x on a 60% margin prints.
Set up new-customer-only conversions in Meta and Google, so the algorithm stops counting your eighth-time repeat buyer as acquisition.
Report on nCAC as a live metric the platform optimises toward, rather than a number you reconstruct in a spreadsheet at month end.
Answer, from inside your ad account, which channel actually drove the sale when the journey crossed Meta, Google, email and organic before checkout.
That's the day. Fifty-minute sessions on real accounts, because fifteen minutes only gets you a framework slide.
Six days
£99 until 30 September. 100 seats, and they don't refill.
Lunch, refreshments and drinks after are in the pass.
Be the one who trains for what you want, not the one who takes what it gives.
P.S. If you've already booked, ignore this one - I'll see you on the 13th.
