Our first 1PD Ops UK summit, 13 October, London - for marketers whose sales team keeps complaining
Bring your CRM questions.100 performance marketers. Early bird £199.
Dear lead gen marketers,
We're bringing the 1PD Ops Performance Marketing Summit to the UK for the first time.
We've run this format twice already. 340 marketers, 22 sessions from the stage. Nobody sells anything up there, including us.
What the day is
Six sessions. Fifty minutes each. One track, so you're never choosing between the attribution session and the funnel leakage one.
Fifty minutes because fifteen isn't long enough to open a real account and show you what's wrong inside it.
It's about the part of lead gen that never reaches your ad platform. Your CRM knows which lead closed, which one your SDR gave up on after three attempts, which one became your best account of the year. Google knows one thing about all three: somebody submitted a form. So it goes and buys four hundred more people who are good at submitting forms - doing exactly what it was told.
When and where
Tuesday 13 October 2026
9:00 AM onwards
8 Fenchurch Place, London - five minutes from the station
100 seats, in person only
Who's presenting, and what they're covering
Luke Carthy - Attribution and analytics consultant
The industry is still obsessed with last-click, and it stopped being a reliable performance metric a while ago. How we should be looking at attribution now, and how to actually understand where your customers are coming from - particularly when the sales cycle outruns the attribution window.
Sam Follett - Founder, LoopRX
How first-party data solves attribution and builds better signals for ad platforms, and what connecting data and attribution does to campaign optimization and measurement.
Daniel Smulevich - EVP, Jellyfish
How generative AI is changing creative testing and activation, where DCO fell short, and what becomes possible when creative production, testing and media run as one system. Plus the build vs. buy decision.
Dan Mason - Head of Growth, Wype
Rising CAC and fragmented journeys have rewritten growth. The levers that actually work in 2026: first-party signals, incrementality and profit-led scaling.
Vishnu Vankayala - Founder, CustomerLabs
Why performance marketing has to go past creatives and hooks.
We'll be walking through how 1PD signals, analytics and attribution let you optimise around real business goals rather than platform-reported ones.
For lead gen specifically, that means offline conversion imports: sending the qualified lead back from your CRM so Google starts buying leads that close instead of leads that fill forms. Your CPL goes up. Your cost per closed deal drops. I'll also cover where lead gen revenue actually disappears between acquisition, qualification and sales and what to do when the platform and the CRM disagree in a client report.
Seats
100 in the room. Early bird is £199 and closes on 30 September. Lunch, refreshments and drinks after are included.
We'd like you in that room.
P.S. Bring whoever owns your CRM. Half the value of that day is the two of you sitting in the same session.
