Our first 1PD Ops Summit, London Edition. Early bird £199.
100 performance marketers. One room. London, 13 October
Dear Ecommerce Marketers,
Our summit is coming to the UK for the first time, and you should be in the room.
Here's why it's worth your Tuesday.
Open your best-performing campaign from last month and answer four questions.
How many of those buyers were new? Not roughly. The actual number, from inside the platform.
What was the blended margin on what they bought? Because 4x on a 20% margin loses money. 2x on a 60% margin print.
How many of those orders came back? And did Meta ever find out?
Which product in there is your next hero, not your last one?
If you can't answer those from your ad account, that isn't a reporting gap. That's the definition of success your algorithm is currently optimising toward. It counts a repeat buyer as a win because nobody told it otherwise. It has never seen a margin. It doesn't know about the return.
Every other event this year wants to talk to you about hooks. We're doing one about this.
1PD Ops Performance Marketing Summit - London Edition
Tuesday 13 October 2026
9:00 AM onwards
8 Fenchurch Place, London - five minutes from the station
100 seats, in person only
Six sessions, fifty minutes each, one track. Fifty minutes because fifteen isn't long enough to open a real account and show you what's wrong inside it. Two editions behind us: 340 marketers, 22 sessions, zero sponsor decks from the stage.
The four questions map to four sessions
New customers and nCAC - Vishnu Vankayala, CustomerLabs. Making new-customer-only conversions the bid signal in Meta and Google, so the algorithm stops counting repeat buyers as acquisition. And turning nCAC into something it optimises toward, rather than something you rebuild in a spreadsheet at month end.
Margin - same session. Sending profit back as the conversion value, plus product-level margin and repeat-purchase data so the platform starts finding your next hero product instead of reselling the last one.
Where the sale came from - Luke Carthy, ecommerce attribution and analytics consultant. Last-click is still how most stores decide which channel gets credit, and it stopped being reliable a while ago. What to use instead when the journey crosses Meta, Google, email and organic before checkout.
Signal quality - Sam Follett, founder of LoopRX. How first-party data solves attribution for ecommerce brands and builds better purchase signals for the ad platforms.
Also presenting: Daniel Smulevich, EVP at Jellyfish, on where DCO fell short and what changes when creative production, testing and media run as one system. Dan Mason, Head of Growth at Wype, on the growth levers that actually work in 2026 - first-party signals, incrementality and profit-led scaling.
Seats
100 in the room. Small on purpose - it's the size where a question actually gets answered.
Early bird is £199 and closes on 30 September. Lunch, refreshments and drinks after are in the pass.
Be the one who trains for what you want, not the one who takes what it gives.
P.S. 09:00 start, finished by late afternoon, five minutes from the station. Comfortable day trip if you're travelling in. And if you answered all four questions - come anyway, We'd like to meet you.
