Diagnostics is live in your CustomerLabs account
Live now in your account. Find it, see why, fix it, so your campaigns get the data you send.
Quick truth first.
Sending an event and having it accepted are two different things.
Ad platforms reject events for tiny reasons: a missing click ID, an expired connection, a country code in the wrong format. Every rejected event is data your campaigns never learn from.
Until now, most teams found out only when results dropped. Then came the log-digging.
Not anymore.
Diagnostics is live in your CustomerLabs account today.
It finds the events your destinations reject, groups them by cause, and tells you exactly what to fix.
Why it helps
No log-digging - Each issue is explained in plain language, with the exact error the platform sent back.
Fix what matters most first - You see how many events each issue affects and what share of that destination's events it covers.
Know exactly what to change. Each issue comes with a suggested fix and, where one applies, a button that opens the setting to change.
Status tracking. Each issue is marked active or resolved. If one comes back, you see when it first occurred.

Works across: Diagnostics flags issues for destinations including Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Reddit and custom webhooks.

What it catches
A few examples of what Diagnostics catches, with the fix for each:
Google Ads can't match your conversions. Conversions sent without a Google click ID or customer details, such as a hashed email or phone, can't be tied to a click or a person → keep the click ID on your landing pages, or send customer identifiers with each conversion.
Meta doesn't recognize the country. Meta expects two-letter country codes such as US, GB or IN → Switch your country field in your data to two-letter codes.
Your Meta offline connection has expired. This usually happens after a password change → click Reconnect destination.
LinkedIn rejects every event. The connection is missing its Insight Tag or conversion IDs . → click Open destination settings and add the codes from LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Google Analytics drops events without a visitor ID. This usually means the visitor ID isn't being captured on your website . → check your Google Analytics tracking setup.
Check yours now
Go to Monitoring > Diagnostics in your account. Start with Active issues, beginning with the ones that affect the most events.
Need help with a fix? Raise a support ticket with the issue name and our team will take it from there.
We've always said ad platforms are only as smart as the signals you feed them.
Turns out that includes the signals they quietly throw away.
P.S. Running Q4 or BFCM campaigns? Check Diagnostics this week, not on Black Friday. A broken connection costs a lot more during peak season.
