£99 for a day that changes one number in your account
Early bird closes 30 September. London, 13 October
Hey lead gen marketers,
In your busy schedule, let me do the maths with you, because that's really the whole argument.
A pass is £99. Six days left at that price.
Now think about what you spent last month on leads that never qualified. Not your total spend, just the portion that went to people your SDR called twice and gave up on. For most accounts I see, that's somewhere between a quarter and a half of everything.
If your monthly spend is £20,000, you're looking at £5,000 to £10,000 a month going to people who were never going to buy from you. Every month. Because the only thing you ever told Google was that a form got submitted, so it went and found more people who submit forms.
£99 against that. That's the trade.
And here's the part I'd want you to sit with……
You cannot fix this from inside the ad platform, because the ad platform doesn't have the information. The proof of which leads were worth buying lives in your CRM, and it has never been sent anywhere.
Which means every optimization you've made this year - every pause, every budget shift, every "this campaign is working" was made on partial data. Not wrong data. Partial. That's harder to spot and more expensive.
1PD Ops Performance Marketing Summit - London Edition
Tuesday 13 October 2026, from 9:00 AM
8 Fenchurch Place, London
100 seats, in person only
What you leave with
Not notes. A setup.
You'll have seen offline conversion imports built end to end on a live account - qualified stage, opportunity and closed won going back to Google, mapped to the campaign and keyword that sourced them. You'll know where your funnel leaks between acquisition, qualification and sales, because we map it on a real one. You'll know what to put in a client report when the platform and the CRM disagree, and how to defend it.
Fifty minutes per session, one track. Fifteen minutes gets you a framework slide. Fifty gets you an account open on screen with someone explaining what's wrong in it.
Luke Carthy, Sam Follett, Daniel Smulevich, Dan Mason and Vishnu Vankayala. In partnership with HighLevel. Two editions behind us: 340 marketers, 22 sessions, no sponsor decks from the stage.
Six days
£99 until 30 September. 100 seats, and the room doesn't refill.
Lunch, refreshments and drinks after are included.
One day, one ticket, and a fix you can implement the same week.
Be the one who trains for what you want, not the one who takes what it gives.
P.S. Bring whoever owns your CRM. Half the value of the day is the two of you finally in the same room. And if you've already booked - see you on the 13th.
